1. Why Made-to-Order Takes Time

Our Forge All-Aluminum Suitcase is not mass-produced or stored in a warehouse. Instead, every unit is crafted from premium aerospace-grade aluminum, cut and shaped with precision engineering.

  • 3–4 weeks production: During this period, each suitcase is built from scratch — from frame assembly to the final hand inspection.

  • Multiple quality control stages: Every component is tested for durability, TSA compliance, and finish perfection before it leaves our facility.

  • Custom packaging: Each order is packaged to prevent even the slightest blemish during transit.

We believe this process cannot be rushed — it’s the only way to ensure your suitcase arrives flawless and ready for years of travel.

2. Shipping & Delivery Times

Once your suitcase passes our rigorous quality inspection, it is shipped via UPS, DHL, or FedEx.

  • Transit time: 5–7 business days (depending on location).

  • Total delivery window: Approximately 4–5 weeks from order date.

We use premium express services to ensure that once your suitcase leaves our hands, it’s in yours as quickly as possible.

3. Tracking & Updates

  • You will receive a tracking link when your order ships.

  • Tracking may take up to 72 hours to update in the carrier’s system.

  • Early tracking messages such as “Shipper has not provided the package” are normal and simply mean the label has been created while your package is in transfer to the carrier hub.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international deliveries, customs fees or taxes may apply depending on your country.

  • These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or returns. Orders returned due to address errors will require a new shipping fee for resending.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Shipments

  • A shipment is only considered lost after 30 consecutive days with no tracking updates.

  • Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control, but we will assist in resolving them promptly.

7. COVID-19 & Global Logistics

While global shipping networks have improved since the pandemic, custom-made international shipments may still encounter rare delays. We maintain constant communication with our logistics partners to minimize these.
