We hope our customers can have a risk-free shopping experience, so we cover the return shipping for all items where free shipping is offered. All sales are final for areas where free shipping is not offered. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label. 

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since we fulfilled your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any shipping charges, shipping protection charges, and customs fee are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a full refund, the item needs to be unused and in resalable condition. It also needs to be in the original packaging with free accessory and tags included. We may charge up to a 25% restocking fee depending on the condition of the returned item received.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Any shipping damage or manufacturing defects claims must be made within 10 days of receiving the order. We require photos of the damaged item(s) and damaged packaging for us to make a claim with the shipping carrier.
