๐ฆ Returns & Exchanges (15 Days)
We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Item must be in its original condition and packaging
- No damage, stains, or signs of wear
- Proof of purchase is required
๐ If these conditions are met, you may request:
- A refund (excluding shipping fees)
- Or an exchange/store credit
โ Final Sale Items
All discounted / sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
๐ Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
โ ๏ธ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the item
- Packaging (inside & outside)
- Shipping label
We will review and offer:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Or refund (case-by-case)
โณ Order Changes / Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of being placed.
After that, processing begins and cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
๐ Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address
- TORU is not responsible for lost/returned packages due to incorrect details
- Returned items that do not meet our conditions will not be accepted

Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds are processed within 1โ3 business days
- Funds may take additional time depending on your payment provider
